Shri Nitesh Parshottambhai Vaghasiya is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and one of its Promoters. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from KLES College of Engineering, Belgaum (Karnataka), and brings over 29+ years of experience in the engineering industry. As the driving force behind the Company’s strategic direction, he has been instrumental in shaping its long-term vision, formulating business strategies, and strengthening key business relationships. His leadership and industry expertise continue to contribute significantly to the Company’s sustained growth and success.

Shri Pankajkumar Vasantbhai Shingala is the Whole-time Director of the Company and one of its Promoters. He has been associated with the Company as a Director since March 25, 2011, and has played a key role in its operational growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science, Saurashtra University, and brings over 18+ years of rich experience in the electrical industry. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the Company’s day-to-day operations, including commissioning of machinery, product design, and production activities. In his capacity as a Whole-time Director, he is actively involved in executing the Company’s business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance across functions. He also contributes to decision-making at the Board level and plays a vital role in aligning operational execution with the Company’s overall strategic objectives.

Smt. Aarti Pankajkumar Shingala is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Saurashtra University and has a strong academic background. She possesses experience in the areas of accounting and finance, which enables her to provide valuable insights in financial oversight and governance matters. In her role as a Non-Executive Director, she contributes to the Board’s deliberations by offering independent judgment on strategic and financial matters, ensuring transparency, and upholding high standards of corporate governance. Her association with the Company strengthens the Board’s ability to effectively oversee financial discipline and support informed decision-making.

Smt. Viralben Chetankumar Dave serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having joined the Board on September 06, 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from M.B. Arts & Commerce College, Gondal and has a strong academic background. In her capacity as an Independent Director, she provides unbiased and independent judgment on the Board’s deliberations, particularly in financial oversight and governance matters, thereby contributing to strengthening the Company’s corporate governance framework.

Shri Satish Kalkani serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having joined the Board on September 6, 2024. An alumnus of B.V.M. Engineering College (V.V. Nagar), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the electrical industry. With his deep technical expertise, Shri Kalkani provides the Board with critical insights into operational excellence, industry trends, and technical strategy. Beyond his domain knowledge, he plays a key role in strengthening corporate governance through his independent judgement.

Smt. Shital Gajera serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having joined the Board on September 1, 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shree G.K. & C.K. Bosamia Arts & Commerce College. She brings a balanced and diverse perspective to the Board, focusing on Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Relations.
