Job Description:

1. Quality Control Engineer (HT Cable Experience)

Perform quality inspections during incoming, in-process, and final stages.
Ensure compliance with HT cable standards and customer specifications.
Handle testing, documentation, and quality records.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production for continuous quality improvement.

Technical Skills

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HT cable manufacturing processes, IS/IEC standards, cable testing, and inspection techniques. Testing Instruments: Hands-on experience with HV testing equipment, measuring instruments, and quality inspection tools. Quality Systems: Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, ISO 9001, documentation, and quality audits. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze defects, prepare quality reports, and implement preventive actions. Computer Skills: MS Office, ERP, and quality documentation systems.

2. Quality Control Engineer

Assist in inspection and testing activities.
Maintain quality documentation.
Support process and product quality monitoring.
Report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.

Technical Skills

Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of quality inspection methods, engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and testing procedures. Quality Awareness: Knowledge of ISO standards, documentation, and quality control processes. Analytical Skills: Good observation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and report preparation. Personal Skills: Quick learner, positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to work on the shop floor.

3. Senior Sales Executive / Manager

Drive sales and revenue growth across the Chhattisgarh region by identifying new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Ensure timely order closure, smooth order processing, and maximum profitability.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales performance.
Prepare accurate weekly/monthly MIS and sales reports for management.
Monitor market trends and provide regular business updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Conduct market research, client visits, negotiations, and follow-ups for orders and payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Technical Skills

Should be self confident to contribute towards company's goals. Willing to travel across the assigned region of sales. Working experience into WIRES & CABLES preferred in case of experienced candidates.
